Widescreen Driver for laptops with the 82855 GM/GME Graphic Controller. This driver is NOT guaranteed to work, so I bear no responsibility for any failure or damages caused by you installing it. If it works, great. If it doesn’t, you must uninstall it by booting Windows in Safe Mode.
Installed correctly on my Dell Latitude X300 and gives the options of lots of resolutions on the external monitor.
Hope to give it a good test on a new widescreen monitor arriving in a couple of days.

It works on my Dell Latitude D400 and it supports my 1280×768 HD TV very well except the picture on the TV is a little bit shifted to the left and the rendering on my laptop becomes slightly unsmooth.
And some setting features in the advanced display property are gone. So I wish Henrik can make a new version with the last driver from the manufacturer. Thanks Henrik!
